The Paramount Ruler of Gwong Chiefdom in Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State, HRH, Kpok (Col.) Paul Zakka Wyom (Rtd. ), Kpok Gwong II has conferred on Hon. Wilson Iliya Yangye, Senior Special Adviser (SSA) to the Deputy Governor on Political Matters the title of Wakilin Kudu Gwong.

According to Atung, the title never came to him as a surprise because Wilson is a man of immeasurable qualities.
