An economist and former Secretary, Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Sani Sidi Campaign Council, Mr. Caesar Dogara applauds the Chairman, Southern Kaduna New Faces, Hon. Tanko Rossi Sabo and his group, for pushing for 65 per cent youth inclusiveness in the PDP governorship candidate, Rt.Hon. Isa Ashiru Ayuba.
The young politician, however, has some grey areas of discontentment which he said, if caution is not taken the Southern Kaduna New Faces may lose momentum because of snitches within.
“I have read the 7 demands of the Southern Kaduna PDP New Faces as led by my big uncle Tanko Rossi Sabo.
“I have no doubt that he is grounded with the aim to put the Southern Kaduna people and particularly, the youth on the negotiating table for a sense of inclusion. It is Indeed commendable and I wish them well.
“However, I stand to state that “the only blockade to the success of this drive would be the same people Tanko Rossi is fighting for (the Southern Kaduna people). They’ll surely compromise and stab themselves at the back.
“I am saying this because they are known for it and history can do me justice. It is at this point that one begins to see other emerging groups pretending to have the People’s interest or the party’s interest at heart.
“They won’t come together to speak in one voice and act decisively on the future of their people. No they won’t! At a point, even if their demands are met, the fight would be amongst themselves on who gets what or what tribe gets what.
“The Southern Kaduna people must clearly define their interest and most importantly unite as a people. Else, it is only a total waste of time.”
