The victims of the recent attacks in Kukum Daji in Kaura Local Government Area, LGA, of Kaduna State and those of Zitkpak Village in Jema’a LGA receiving treatments at Salama Medical Center in kafanchan are thanking Hon. Gideon Gwani, Minority Whip and member representing Kaura federal constituency for settling their hospital bills.
According to the Medical Director of Salama Medical Center, Dr. Godson Amadi, “The Honourable Member was here two weeks ago and promised to settle the hospital bills of the victims of the recent attacks in Kukum Daji and Zitkpak. However, I just confirmed this morning from the Account Department that he has redeemed his pledge, he has paid all the medical bills for the patients undergoing treatments.”
The victims who sustained different degrees of injuries and being admitted at Salama Medical Centre in kafanchan, they thanked Hon. Gwani for his magnanimity and for showing compassion to their predicament.
One of the victims of Zitkpak attack who is bedridden at Salama Medical Center in kafanchan, PDP Chairman of Maigizo Ward, Jema’a LGA, Hon. Martins Danjuma, said, “We can’t thank Hon. Gwani enough for settling our outstanding medical bills, all the victims of the attacks in Kukum Daji and Zitkpak.
“He didn’t settled the bills of the victims of his constituency only, he also settled that of the victims of Zikpak attack in Jema’a LGA. This shows how generous and sympathetic he is and how sincere he is with promises. I can recalled that when he first came to visit the victims of his constituency, when he saw the other victims from Zikpak (me inclusive), he vowed to settled all the bills which he did. We are very grateful and God will reward him for that.”
A Mother to one of the hospitalised victims, Mrs. Martha Kefas thanked Hon. Gwani for coming to their aid and pray that God will bless him abundantly. We will continue to pray for him and anything he stand to achieve in life, God will open ways for him.”
