Director General of the Nigeria Mining Cadastre, Engr. Obadiah Simon Nkom has facilitated the enrollment of 50 people from Bondong Ward into the Kaduna State Health Insurance Scheme (KADCHMA).
The mining expert who was represented by Bitrus S. Bannah, former councilor of Bondong Ward, said, Nkom has today enrolled 50 beneficiaries from Biniki, Bondong ward, Kaura Local Government Area of kaduna state into KADCHMA.
Speaking through his proxy, Nkom urged capable hands in Southern Kaduna to make the health of the people a priority by enrolling them into the State Health Scheme which aims at universal health coverage for quality, affordable and accessible health care services.
In his goodwill message to the newly enrolled, Bannah urged wealthy individuals to emulate Engr. Nkom by enrolling the less-privileged and everyone who is incapable of catering for his health.
Engr Nkom has been consistent in giving back to his community, before now he has distributed tons of fertilisers to his community and the whole of Asholio land .
The renowned Mining Engineer has also giving educational scholarship to so many of the less-privileged in his community and has vowed to do more going forward.
Executive Director with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service, Mr. Jerry Adams described Engr. Nkom as “God sent” and “a compassionate man” whose feelings and his stride in human capital development in Moro’a contemporary history is unequalled. As a people we hold him on a high-esteem and so proud to be associated with him.
The Tax C’Zar added, Our prayers for him is for God to reward and replenish him. As he remember the downtrodden in time of needs, God will always remember him in his time of need.
