Kaduna State People Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate in the coming general election, Rt. Hon. Isa Mohammed Ashiru, Bai Zazzau has dissolved one of his most potent support group, the Ashiru Transformation Movement.
In a press statement signed by Ashiru’s Special Adviser (media and publicity), Shuaibu Gimi, it stated that:
“This is to announce that the Gubernatorial Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, Right Honourable Isa Mohammed Ashiru, has approved the dissolution of one of his support groups, ASHIRU TRANSFORMATION MOVEMENT (ATM), with immediate effect.
“The decision is meant to allow for the necessary overhaul and proper reconstitution of the Movement for better performance. Meanwhile, Right Honourable Ashiru has approved the appointment of Dr Alex Mana as the Sole Administrator of the Movement.
“All members of the former Executive Committee of the ATM are hereby required to submit any property of the Movement in their possession to the Administrative Secretary in the Right Honourable Ashiru’s political office at No 13A Galadima Road GRA Kaduna.”
