2023 governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, Rt. Hon. Isa Ashiru Mohammed Kudan (Sarkin Bai Zazzau) expressed happiness and optimism when the Coalition of Zone 3 PDP groups paid him a solidarity and congratutory visit, Friday, in Kaduna.
“I’m pleased and happy with the people I see here today because the Coalition of Zone 3 PDP groups constitute of very important personalities, everyone is duly represented and I’m more comfortable now, this visit shows me that Zone 3 PDP is intact,” Ashiru said.
The gentle speaking politician spoke of the preparedness of Zone 1 to deliver to the party more votes than Zone 3 in the 2023 election. He added that, seen the ace performers by the PDP in Zone 1, his running mate, Dr. John Ayuba has raised alarm urging Zone 3 to step-up its game not to be outwit.
“Recently, we reveived more than four thousand (4000) decampees from APC in Kubau Local Government Area alone and within the next 3 weeks we are going to receive more decampees in Zone 1.”
The two times gubernatorial candidate called on the people of Kaduna State to exercise patients, be calm and keep praying. Saying, everyone who hasn’t got his Permanent Voters Card (PVC) should please do so because this is the only way the people can kick out the APC out of power.
He urged Zone 3 to be steadfast and the zone should not be dampened by the distractions that are coming from different angles to deviate their attention.
Speaking further, Ashiru said he has no iota of doubt that the people of Zone 3 can overcome the emerging treats and PDP will emerge victorious.
Various groups that formed the delegation includes: All State & Zonal Officers; All LG Party Chairmen & Ward Algon Chairmen; All Stakeholder Chairmen & one prominent stakeholder per LG; All NASS & State HoA members; All Our NASS & State HoA Candidate; All Council Chairmen & Speakers in LG that PDP won; youth and women.
